Our Studio

Lubowicki Architecture is a collaborative design studio focused on the delivery of exceptional architecture and design. Our team of design professionals is encouraged to inquire and innovate, ensuring that every project is unique to its own circumstances. Our design concepts are never preconceived, ensuring that we continue to deliver site sensitive architecture which engages with local climatic conditions and adapts to the surrounding neighborhood.
Our work ranges greatly in scale and complexity. We have worked on interior office renovations, new-built commercial facilities, retail shops, non-profit organizations, multi-family housing, single-family homes and other residential additions. We do not specialize in any one building type, rather our strength lies in finding each project’s ideal resolution through our process of discovery.
We see our projects not just as buildings, but as a means through which our client’s identity and business proclivity can be enhanced. We take stewardship of our client’s needs and financial abilities to deliver cost-effective solutions on time and within budget. With the budget forefront in our mind, we have developed efficiencies to carve out the time from the schedule that is crucial to create exceptional design, investigating the specifics of each project, and understanding our client’s agenda.
